This 1970 Boss 302 Mustang comes to us from Carlyle Motors via Missouri. They say it was pulled out of a garage in 2013 in Springfield, MO. This car had been sitting in the same spot since 1986.
This car has most of it’s original paint and is believed to have 18,000 Original Miles. However, the title now reads mileage exempt. The current owner tells us that sometime before 1974, the driver’s side fender was repainted.
This car does not retain it’s original engine block but has a correct, replacement block # DOZF-6015-B, DATED 9K14 in it now (See picture of block # below). The current owner tells us that the engine has been completely overhauled and has less than 40 miles on the brand new rebuild. (Receipts and photos of the rebuild are in transit.)
The transmission has also been newly rebuilt with less than 40 miles on the rebuild.
This car has the correct, rebuilt carburetor
